He is Thani Bin Murshid Bin Ghannam Bin Ali Al Rumaithi, born in approximately 1920. He was assigned to secure the Ras Al Sadr camp in 1949. He also worked as the ruler’s delegate to Tarif companies in the year 1963 and a member of the Municipal Council in Abu Dhabi in the year 1969.
